Jenna Krause – Viola & Violin Instructor.

An enthusiastic teacher and performer, Jenna Krause has taught students aged three to adult in various musical settings. Jenna received her bachelor’s degree in music pedagogy at Wheaton College, studying with Paul Zafer, and continued her education at DePaul University with Ann Setzer, receiving a master’s degree in violin performance. As a performer, Jenna has played with the Oistrakh Symphony of Chicago, Northbrook Symphony Orchestra, and the Illinois Valley Symphony Orchestra and has performed baroque, classical, and contemporary styles of music.


Jenna believes that establishing a strong technical and musical foundation and fostering students’ curiosity allows them to reach their musical goals and become confident, thoughtful, and successful musicians and individuals.
